Coaching with Sharon Knecht begins by understanding the strengths and weakness of each client. She understands that each sales person has a unique set of strengths that can be built upon and made stronger but first, the foundation must be in place. Sharon has spent her entire Professional Career in Sales. She was a Sales Trainer at PaineWebber and a Regional Sales Trainer for a Major Medical Device Manufacturer.
